● 多功能干濕式復(fù)合機(jī)適用于鍍鋁膜、鐳射膜、鋁箔和紙復(fù)合，可同時(shí)進(jìn)行濕式復(fù)合、紙背面涂布及復(fù)合紙或轉(zhuǎn)移膜剝離后表面上色，同時(shí)兼剝離卷取，然后干燥、冷卻并且收卷等功能。
● 多功能復(fù)合機(jī)由紙放卷部、紙牽引部、第一膜放卷部、濕式復(fù)合部、背面涂布部、組合式烘道、第一冷卻剝離部、第一膜收卷部、上色涂布部、印刷部、紙收卷部、電氣控制部共十二部分組成。
● 機(jī)組濕式涂布頭采用三輥上膠形式，背涂、及上色涂布頭機(jī)構(gòu)采用本公司最新開(kāi)發(fā)的新型涂布頭，設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特，三維均可方便調(diào)節(jié)及附有減震機(jī)構(gòu)，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)精度高。
● 收卷采用氣動(dòng)跟蹤式收卷方式；自動(dòng)錐度張力控制，確保收卷質(zhì)量。
● 烘箱系統(tǒng)采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)組合式烘道，烘干徹底、高效率低功耗。
