TJJ-600C Hot Gold Machine
Description
It is controlled by Japanese Panasonic PLC and French Schneider motion controller bus. ABB motor and Schneider frequency conversion drive are used for winding and unwinding. Traction adopts imported servo motor and servo driver to control tension. Each color of the main machine is controlled by an imported servo motor synchronously, and the winding and unwinding of aluminum alloy are controlled by Panasonic servo motor to adjust the tension. The whole machine is driven with shaft and air cap without clearance.
